Cant Decide on a GPU! HALP!

So im willing to go the new or used gpu path.

 

I would actual prefer used because of the the potential fps per $$$ rate

 

So what can I get used and maybe a little older for that Great Fps/$?

 

Im not worried about price only fps/$ so what I can find?!

I see used 290's a lot.. from anywhere between $200-$300 Canadian.. so.. convert that to American.. you could get one for a chewed piece of gum.
