So, I'm planning on custom manufacturing a console like computer that will act as a server/console machine. It will house a M-ATX 88x FM2 motherboard for one of AMD's Kaveri APUs, as well as a 120Gb SSSD and a sound card. The motherboard and the CPU are final. I will take suggestions for an SSD, but I am currently looking at a Samsung EVO SSD. The PSU will probably be a Corsair modular PSU with enough watts to power the system. The sound card will have to be a low profile card and will have to be an Asus sound card cause their the only manufacture of sound card that I like.

Now, onto the real reason I made this thread. I am planning on custom making a case for this system. I would like suggestions on thickness of metal and what type of tools i should buy. I already have a Dremel, but I need to know what type of heads I should buy. To give a rough look of this build it will  have a external PSU. It will also have no  front panel because the usual back panel will take its place, also I am planning on  making some kind of cover for it later on in its life. I am also planning on watercooling but only doing a simple loop.

Back from the dead....
