should i go for iphone?

yo hello guys i know know iphones are expensive dont have much feature and all that but listen to my story first :P

 

i don't like apple since i was 13, never had a iphone except for a month (iphone 5s) exchanged with my friend for a month. so in my lifetime i had 4 android devices

1) xperia x10i

2) galaxy note

3) nexus 5

4) lg g4

 

xperia after 4 months the battery of the phone just became swollen

galaxy note was good except the fact that its motherboard got damaged after i changed the battery that i got from official store repaired it 3 times then sold it for very less

nexus 5 was the best performer of all but with one flaw battery life

i got g4 cause it was the last phone remaining with removable battery in the flagship category but today it went into a bootloop where i couldn't even flash a new kdz file into it,

after doing some research i found that many people had this problem who bought the phone before October i guess lg has officially acknowledged the issue but i lost all my data and can't give the phone to repair here in uk because i bought it in russia, i will go back to russia after 2 months. so you see i love android and everything but it just never has been reliable for me, just kept breaking, software issue and all that.

 

now as a student i have collected all the money i can to buy a new phone again :( i am ready to spend 700 pounds on iphone because from what i have heard they last long, my friend has 4s and has been using it for around 3 years now(not sure) and the battery life is still good. so i don't know what to i want a phone that will last be minimum 2 years without any problems.

 

i am thinking of 6s 128gb version

You mean the Nexus 5X right? If so I can personally vouch for it. I'm enjoying it and I can recommend it.

That´s all on you. If you want to get one, get one. I wouldn´t, mainly because I´m not a fan of Iphones, but that´s me. My preference should not deter you from something you want.

Nexus 6P in my opinion is far better, but hey, I'm an android fanboy. 

 

Why:

Your experience with that Nexus 5 is basically what you'd have, but better. The battery life flaw is fixed with Doze. You can lock your phone at 50% one night and wake up the next morning to find it on the same if not only lower by 1-2%.

same here dude not a fan of iphone i just want a phone that is reliable

I would go for the iphone. Whatever problems I had with my nexus 5 i didn't have with my 5s or my 6s. As long as a lot of your  friends also use iphones, you're okay with it being closed off in terms of customization and use your pc to sync music it's a great phone to have. flys in any workload, force touch is great and battery life is good while being very consistent. Do you really need 128gbs? I have a hard time populating 15gb of my 64gb 6s. do what you want though

The 6s is a beast of a phone. Beats the tegra note 5 in 3Dmark by like 10,000 and the camera is stunning. Not to mention great security and support but the NVME storage and RAM is insanely fast. Faster then any android phone I have used

It's alright. The main problem I have with it is the 750p screen. Blurry webpages on a high end phone, really?

What on the iphone? Trust me it's more than enough, and it's a very high quality display. The color accuracy, and viewing angles are amazing.

It depends on which form factor you're going to be more comfortable with. 4.7 inches vs 5.5 inches. Also keep in mind that getting the 6s plus will give you better battery life.

6s plus gets you a better screen, bigger battery, and optical image stabilization so I'd go for that if you can spend the extra money and would like the bigger size.

google themselves regularly update nexus devices. plus there's a crap ton of custom ROMs and what-not at xda if you want to try your hand at those.

Android fans will try to sway you the other direction. Don't listen to them, even they know the iPhone has always been better.

 

I used android for 5 years and hated apple. I tried a friends 5s and I actually liked it. When the 6 came out I bought it and I've decided that I'm never going back to android. Buy the 6s and you won't regret it. Best optimization and OS.
