650w power supply

I have a 4690k and a z97 sli krait, as well as a 980ti with an ssd and hard drive, the expected wattage is around 447 w and I was just wondering if I oc'd the 4690 3.5ghz base, to a 4.2 or 4.5 ghz or something along those lines, can a 650w power supply be enough to power it under full load?

A good 550w would already be plenty.
