New case

I am looking a new case to buy. I mainly want it to be quiet and look as good as possible...also be from decent materials and not rubbish. I was thinking about the Be Quiet silent base 800. Is it a good option or are there any better at that cost?? (Does the window panel makes any difference on the sound levels instead of the stock right side panel?)
