Hello

A friend of mine is on the fence when it comes to upgrading

I feel that i've got him to the stage where he will upgrade if he would be able to run GTA 5 if/when it comes out on PC.

This is the upgrade we are planning on.

If that/any other part selections for the same price wont be able to run GTA 5 if/when it comes out. Well f***

Get that 670, you aint gonna get a deal like that for a long time.

Dual core pentinum on 1155 socket

650 ti

4 gb of ram I think

Im almost certain its above a 550w atleast

More info? If it's not a good psu, it might not actually deliver the 550w it's labeled with.

That's all I know I think he mentioned a 750w I said 550w as I wouldn't have let him go any further down

Alright. Well your current build works--just bump down to a 8320. A 8350 is just a higher binned 8320.

He says that he may want to do se form of video editing in the future would a 8320/8350 be better for that over an i5?
