This is the smallest 4k display that i could found for a pc.

It's the Dell P2415Q, 23,8in

Just curious, is there any 4k pc display smaller than this? Repeat, for a PC...

I know about this one: 9.8in, 4K also... but for medical uses or something like that...

24" is the smallest mainstream 4K monitor you'll be able to find.

why

4k is pointless on screen sizes that small

if you can see the pixels on a 24" monitor then you're sitting way to close

I can see where the pixels are on my P2416D (1440p version of this one).

I sit just over 2 feet away.

well... i have a 1440p display also, i'm not that close to it but i can still "see" them, guess i have sharp eyes?

On smooth objects. (Like outlines of cars, boats, ect.) I see the stepping.

I understand the upgrade to 4K, but it is very expensive.

I see where they are. Not the actual pixels. (Usually)

My windows button I can see the pixels. I can also see them on the search.

I also notice them when playing World of Warships on my boat.

In GTA the text and headlights allow me to see the pixels.

yeah thats not what i mean

by "see the pixels" i mean you look at a diagonal line and it looks jagged because you can see the flat sides of the pixels making a staircase look

for me is the same, in games you can see them a lot, unless you activate anti aliasing i think? or was something else? however this stepping can be reduced, but never hide completely...

It is very much reduced when going from 1080p to 1440p, but they are still there.

AA fixes the jagged lines that are diagonal to the pixels.

But you cannot get rid of them completely. So more pixels makes it much smoother.

for example: my iphone 5 has 326 ppi, i know that you take your phone closer to you than a pc screen, but even with that high ppi i can still barely "see" the stepping... how many ppi we need to be satisfied??? :)

300 or so. My phone has ~450 and I can't see the pixels no matter how close I get.
