Basically it's a regular DT 990 Pro, but with black felt behind the driver grill and black pads. And silver lettering. And a straight cable.

 

Best of all, though, is the price: $170. Currently cheaper than the normal DT 990 Pro.

How is the bass?

 

Moderately boosted, centered around 110Hz.

From the general impression across the interwebs, less sub-bass and relatively more balanced. 

 

They're open back, so that's something to consider if you want to get them.
