I changed a few things to save money but will it make a good server for Minecraft, Terraria, GMod, TF2, Rust etc?

The people the server will be serving live about 20 miles away maximum so ping shouldn't be an issue therefore I could probably just get away from running it off of wi-fi

I wouldnt put a server on wifi, please get some ethernet cable.

wifi on a server... ummmmm

Id probably go intel pentium or i3, but if you already have the chip it will work fine. I would use the stock cooler as its more than good enough and those chips don't make much heat at all anyways.

I never got the chip with the cooler. That cooler will run quieter anyway.
