Just Cause 3 Worth it?

Hey everyone, I was wondering whether Just Cause Three is now optimized enough for me to purchase it?

 

Keep in mind, my system is quite high spec
 

I was just worried, for some reason it has "mixed" reviews on steam, and literally 100% of them say:

 

Oh, its too bad I can't run it on my 100 year old laptop. Not worth it 0/10

 

Do you think it is worth 40$ AUD?

 

I am getting the game from g2a.com

 

I am fine with the actual game, just wanted to know if there is still a ridiculous amount of glitches and stuttering.

Personally no, you could get GTA 5 for that amount of money.

To me it was repetitive and boring pretty quickly. But if that's your kinda game then that's that right? The glitches make the game tbh . Ill just recommend the usual games ya know like the witcher 3, GTA V and some others I really enjoy like Killing floor 2 and Warhammer Vermintide.

I have already finished GTA 5.

 

Terrible single player IMO not enough destruction and the explosions in just cause 3 are way better

I have played all of those games, disliked almost all of them. Just cause is my kind of game, I am just worried about the fps stuttering that everyone is reporting and bugs.

I personally love it. It is very repetitive but that's what I like. It runs over 60 fps on my gtx 970 all the time maxed out. It has never dropped below 60 at all. No glitches either.

Ok great, I am getting it this arvo, I don't mind a few glitches as long as they are funny and I can just resume the game and it doesn't really affect anything. 

 

And yea, I know it is repetitive, just like all of the other just causes but the chaos you can cause is just amazing

If I were you I'd hold off a little longer, perhaps buy it when it drops to $20-30. I agree that much of the game is repetition there are of course a few really great moments of fun and destruction.

 

This is coming from someone with 100 hours in JC2 (Plus another 130 hours in the standalone MP mod). The biggest reason I bought the game was because it had the unofficial multiplayer and now it has been revealed that the people working on JC2MP are now working on JC3MP - and once again it will be amazing!

Mad that the game uses Denuvo? Absolutely. No game with Denuvo deserves to be bought. But am I mad the game is trash regardless? Not at all.

oh well then spend 60 on a game that gets boring quickly, theres millions of complaints about fps drops and stuttering, and its still bad
