Help Please

So I have a YouTube channel and i want to do some collaborations with some friends through skype or team speak and i am able to record their audio through audacity just fine but when i am talking through skpye or team speak nothing is coming up like i cant get my voice to be in the recording for some reason. i saw this program called voice meeter but i dont know what would work.

You have to set up Audacity so that it records your PC's sounds but also your microphone

It didnt though it just showed the basics, i need to record just my team speak or skype though cus i also have obs recording the game

ok thats now recording my system audio but now my voice is blocked out
