Do you have an nvidia card? that may be an issue, I've heard they sell expired cards and your whole computer can be affected by one faulty card. Be careful and lots of love!

Try using a different outlet for the PSU

I have no other plugs i even tryed for fun to boot it without the 12V rail with only the 24 pin (or 20 i dont even know these old boards are tricky..) AND NOTHINK

Are there any lights on your mobo? If so, are they turning on?

Honestly the mobo might be the issue, but this makes me think try fiddling with the power supply first.

yeas youre useles telling me i have to get a new board without the diagnosis...
It's an old board according to you. It may very well be the problem... Please, don't ask for help and resent the answer. Your psu seems fine, it probably is your mobo. Like I said, are there any lights on your motherboard. Edited by airdeano
