you could design one yourself, you may also want to take into consideration that the 290X is one of the hottest cards to exist.

 

Might be a problem when dealing with thin plastic.

I mean if you like melted plastic on your extremely hot GPU that may damage it beyond use then go for it, but i would not lol.

PLA is out of question, and ABS starts to melt at about 80°C. So if you want to have a really good bond between them, go for it. Otherwise, not really a good idea.

When it comes to the model, you'd have to create it yourself. If you really want your own backplate, aluminum CNC is an option.

there are some 3D printer filament that could withstand 120 C if I`m not wrong, even some plastics, but would probably be very expensive
