What do you have that adds up to 10,000$ ? :P

The only paid software that I have is a bunch of addons for FSX and P3D, probably around 300-350$ worth of airplanes, scenery and various addons.

Ignoring game purchases, about $60. I have a Norton subscription on my Windows install, but as far as paid software goes, I think that's it (though that is recurring, so somewhere in the mid-100s for cumulative cost over the past few years). If we're counting games, probably somewhere in the $1,000-$1500 range over the past few years. Only buying things on sale is very economical.

Granted, I don't use or have any need for expensive, professional quality software like Pro Tools or Photoshop or the like, so my costs are going to be a lot lower than some people's.

I actually own Ableton, VSTs and some programs here and there... so far I have spent around $2,600 on software(not counting games). This has been through a period of 2 years though so is not that bad.
