Decent Earphones?

JaZoN_XD

Hi everyone, I am just looking for some suggestions of some decent but cheaply priced earphones.I am mostly looking forward for them to last a long time (relatively), and I do not demand extreme audio quality with the fancy bassy sounds or anything (although that would be appreciated). Do you guys know of any options out there? I just don't know where to start, seeing Beats are obviously overprices POS and Apple earphones seem to be kinda too expensive for what they are even though they are pretty good. Thanks.

Don't get Ear Pods. Don't get Beats.

I use Klipsch for my in-ears, and I think they're good. Sound is comparable to my M30x's, but it has more bass and the mids are kinda lacking.

I used to be quite active here.

Zero Audio Carbo Tenore is around $30-$40 on eBay. There is a huge thread over at Head-fi and I joined the hype train. Mine are over 10 months old and have held up to daily use.

Bass is very good. There is not a ton of it but it is well controlled and can punch and rumble when needed. Mids are bit laid back but are always clear. Highs are smooth and never fatiguing. I have listened to various genres and these work great for almost everything.

Try the Xiaomi Piston 3. They are cheap and sound excellent for their price.

well yes since the price has only been getting more expensive with the horrible USD to canadian pesos conversion but we still have only the same amount of cash in the house you know what i mean?

Do you want earBUDs or IEMs (a.k.a canal-phones)?

I'm assuming earbuds will be cheaper, so earbuds, not looking for something SUPER good or high quality, obviously, if there are IEMs that are competitively priced compared to earbuds then please let me know.

Other than the VE Monk ($5-10 depending on region and might take a while to ship), I don't know many good and cheap earbuds as it's a really niche part of the audio market.

I think there will be good for your needs. 23 CDN
