Hey all! I am wanting to upgrade my r9 380 2gb to a better gpu for my 144hz 1080p display. It isn't free/g sync so idc about brand. Which card should I get? Trying to keep it at $500 or less. :)

390 is an excellent choice, as well as a 980 if you want to cough up a bit more, or a fury if you can find one in that price point.

970? R9 390x? 

I dunno if they're in the price range.

It would be the GTX 970 and the R9 390 in that price range.
