Blue Screen of Death (They won't let me go...)

Luisa

Hello,

I bought a laptop recently and I've been getting this blue screens:

It's a MSI GE62 2QF with windows 7 x64

Not sure why this is happening, I got the latest drive installed. Also made a reinstall and seems that didn't work out...

What else could I try?

Thanks.

looks like your Wi-Fi drivers are bad

can you get to Safe Mode and remove Wi-Fi drivers?

also if you bought it with Windows installed then you should RMA it

No, I had to install it myself.

I did remove them, then rebooted, then installed them again from this link -> https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25510/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-7-

No, just happens randomly when I'm doing anything. Watching videos, playing, surfing on the web, etc.

get your drivers from your laptop manufacturer, in this case MSI

http://www.msi.com/product/notebook/support/GE62-2QF-Apache-Pro.html

also check if there is a newer BIOS or FirmWare version issued if the MSI drivers don't fix it

That's the thing, I'm really scared to update my BIOS because I don't want to mess it up lol

do the proper drivers from MSI first

bios is the last thing you do befor RMA when it's a software issue

I did download all the drivers from that website, installed them by order, then user driver booster to update them.

I guess I shouldn't have done that...

But some of the drivers there are really old.

what's a driver booster? - i googled it - i laughed

THOSE ARE THE PROPER DRIVERS FOR YOUR MACHINE

INSTALL THOSE FRAKING DRIVERS AND DON'T TOUCH IT

or else FIXER will come for you!

You don't want FIXER to come after you!!!!

It's a software to UPDATE drivers.

Why are you caps locking me? Calm the fuck down.

PS: I had a problem installing some drivers because they require framework 4.5 but I couldn't install before having internet in my pc first...

Is there a offliner installer for that one?

Thanks.
