Maybe just mod the default one, I made my rain meter red with that method.

This^^. I modded my rainmeter for my work PC for this situation. Plus, its literally half the fun to learn the mods yourself, add modules, and even change features for different settings. Go out and learn my friend. You wont be disappointed!

I make rainmeter skins myself and I personally think that TriSound is a great centrepiece for every desktop :D
But I am defeatedly biased 

I make Rainmeter things and other art :D
