1. Location and budget i am in the US and wish to spend $700 am willing to go up no more than $50.

 

2. Aim this is meant to be a gaming PC possible stream machine but mainly a gaming machine.

 

3. Monitors 1 1920X1080p monitor do not plan on going dual monitor.

 

4. Peripherals i do not need any i have already got them

 

5. why i am upgrading I am upgrading from a very old laptop it has Pentium on board graphics and has no gaming capabilities.

a r9 390 would be a better upgrade path, but with all of the builds, you really don't need to upgrade it anytime soon
