Stealth i really need a good laptop for school

I have had it for only 7 months and the sound is like a grinding sound that is almost like a tv static sound

They never go above like 70-75 at most maybe 80 never has hit 100 or something like that

My PC has started randomly mostly during games mostly CSGO but that is what i do a lot. It will freeze and make a loud screeching sound and become unresponsive my pc setup is on my profile any help is apreciated

So since i just got the ram try to return the faulty ram stick

I recently built my new pc and i have a H110M Pro-vd and 2 sticks of crucial balisticks lt memory the only problem is when they are both in i get the memory troubleshooting light that tells me ram isnt working yet when i take 1 out and use the second slot it works is this a faulty ram stick or faulty slot and how do i go about fixing this.
