Because Logan goes out of his way to tell people not to go with Comcast or TWC. He says that they are taking away the free internet we all love.

Its a crap choice for me, cause where i come from in south California those are the only two choice in my city. TWC is the only one that sells "reals" high speed internet. top tier is 50/5 but internet can go down for hours at a time for no reason. It happens quite a bit(so much we had to switch since members of my house sometimes have to work from home.). AT&T sucks because its expensive and the best you can buy is 24/2 which only adds up to real life 17/1.3 which really pisses me off. both really suck and I'm stuck living in a place where i have to choose between the less of two sucky evils.

AT&T(because that's what I use, sadly).

 

$100 for a business connection; 13 static IP's, 20Mb down, 2Mb up. Also it's a direct connection to the node(a block away), not tunnel fed and branched out like this photo: hfc.png

 

Pretty good service, when I had DSL with them I was getting under 20ms ping, now with U-Verse I'm getting 30ms-40ms :(

Both are crap. I use Verizon. They're up there with TWC and Comcast for being crap, but at least I get good speeds.

(My plan has 75 down, 35 up.)
