Personally i think it's a bit expensive since most channels are not getting watched.

Better than what my family pays I get like 800 channels, 20/2, and unlimited calling for like $115 a month. Sadly it's the fastest internet in town unless I want to switch to comcast.

My dutch friend gets 60/6 internet, tv and phone for 30 euros / month.... meanwhile I pay 40-50 euros / month for 24/1 though ISP sucks so it's 9/0.8 :F oh and no phone or tv included

well. my internet is not reliable, and cuts every day atleast twice. but the thing i cannot comprehend is a data limit on internet. thats dumb and should be forbidden

I have cox internet and I get 25 up and down for $75 a month along with phone, and TV is direcTV just because it is what my mother wanted.

In Canada 45/4 costs $78

Well I assume it's your parents that's going to pay for it, in which case it's up to them to decide.
 
What is considered "a good deal" depends on your current financial situation and what you are going to use it for.
Do you need or would it gibe you a significant better user experience by upgrading?
Are you in a financial situation where you can afford the quite high monthly cost?
 
If I were offered that, they I would say no because I am a college student and don't have a lot of money.
If I was a not-so-tech-savy parent I would say no as well, because that's a very high monthly cost and I would probably not see the benefit.
If I had a good job and lived in an apartment by myself I would take it.

Don't quote me on this, but it seems like Verizon classifies any phone call to a location within US territory as well as Puerto Rick and Canada, a domestic call. A domestic call usually means a call to someone in the same country as you.

Ahh yeah that's what I was thinking. But yeah find a way to convince them to get higher internet speed it really makes a difference when you're downloading things.
