My GPU needs to be sent back, in the mean time, what games can I play.

  • I have an i7-4790K.
  • I'm fine with anything 30fps plus.
  • Preferably Steam, not sure if I want to download some .exes on my new system.

By the way; what would the integrated graphics be comparable to, in terms of graphics cards.

Minecraft.

I like it. Even though I am a kid, you can still get on servers and play fun game modes.

I do not have a good computer, so I just play Minestrike (minecraft equivalent of CS:GO) to get that. Plus, playing on servers is free.

Not sure what gpu it would compare to, but the hd4600 on the 4790k was made before intel went balls to the walls with integrated graphics (brodwell/ skylake), so it isnt the best.

I was able to play lower end games like civ 5 at 1080p with reasonable fps, however I have not tried more demanding games. What I can say is that it will be worse than the gtx 765m in my old laptop, and that was only good for med settings in most demanding games...

When I first built my system I held off on a GPU for a month and Played through Mass Effect (1), ran great.
