Dire need of a new motherboard

Current mobo died and Gigabyte wont take it back (for some reason), current rig in the sig

 

i would buy this one again but its €240 and thats pretty hefty. something closer to €140 is ideal

I have a Asus Z97 PRO Gamer and it works good enough, no complaints and good customerservice

to game or not to game, that`s the question
