Hello forum members,

I have put off water cooling my 900D for years now, finally, I feel like it's time to water cool my PC.

Below is a plan of what I want, feel like it's a good start.  - Budget would probably be $700-900 AUD.

Honestly I'd watercool the GPU's and skip the CPU, it will make a bigger difference than on the CPU.  (In terms of 24/7 overclocks, and quiet-ness factor)

That's pretty much what I did for my first loop. Photo of my first loop below. If you're not intending to cool your GPUs, you won't need one of the rads. And even then a 480 single rad would likely be enough. My part list is here.

That's actually quite nice, most of the ones I see online don't look that great.

What pump is that?

I'm assuming it's not one in this list?

Thank you! As silly as it sounds, no one has ever complimented me on that... Feels good man.

This is the rig that inspired me to watercool and get the 900D: http://www.overclock.net/t/1419661/build-log-my-900d-water-cooled-bucket-list-build-rigid-acrylic-tube-adventure

This is the reason I watercooled my old 900D:

I always loved this one, I saw it on google images one day, and it inspired me :D

That looks amazing!

What pump did you use?

Would this suffice?

I used the XTOP D5 PWM pump: http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/components/componentview.asp?partid=23382

That pump will be perfect though, it looks like EKWB has changed their pump lineup

Are you going to watercool the GPU's as well? 2x480's is excessive for just the cpu.

Main PC CPU: 7700K, MOBO: Asus Strix, GPU: Aorus Extreme 3080, PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Storage: 970 Evo 1tb

Nope, only the CPU for now.

For now sounds good.

You'll need to add 8 fans, a fan hub and a drain valve to that list.

You might need some 45 or 90 degree fittings to make tube routing a bit easier

Take a screenshot of your list next time so it's easier to read.
