Not sure it would quite fit. Max height is meant to be 150mm for the case, it's meant to be 159-161mm for the cooler.

But why would you be using it on an i3?

The stock cooler is already more than enough to keep an i3 cool.

Yeah, the stock cooler should be more than enough. I've only just used the stock cooler for the first time with my i5 6500 skylake build..... Even at 100% load it barely creeps above 50 degrees, and stays closer to the lower 40's when gaming. I am actually pleasantly surprised how well it works.

Only reason to get aftermarket cooler for i3 is noise. Your CPU isn't going to see much over 60C temps ever.
