Hello!

My GTX 960 is not running on 100 %, its not overclocked ( Would appreceiate help with that too )

In Valley Benchmark its using 99% of the GPU ( See Screen ).

Is it normal or can i get even more power of my GPU ? ( Like is 99% everything )

( The screen is taken over 2 monitors, thats why it looks wired.. )

thx for help!

99% = 100% ?

I have also never seen 100% gpu useage, but 99% is the same. Probably has to do with the fact something never runs 100% because that's only possible in theory.

This may be a source to indicate that your GPU is being bottlenecked by your CPU.

So what is your CPU?

~edit

But really 99% is like numbers.

Since when do you do math and you get a perfect integer all the time.

Essentially, 99% is the same thing. It's kind of like in video games where you hit a certain value and you can't go past it. Twisted Metal comes to mind where you can only have "99 Turbo." It's an artificial limitation. The GPU is being fully utilized.

I get that in Valley as well. Never seen my card go to 100% in synthetics

I think you are seeing the power consumption, which is at 101%. I overclocked my gpu but its usage does not go over 100%, only the power consumption does.

I think that's Power Limit which is the TDP. It's not necessarily power draw.

nah i just were on my brothers PC and it says 102 % where it says GPU usagae

102% of the GPU isn't possible. I'm going to call that a software error.

Alright when its the max, are there some ppl who can explain me Core Clock MHZ and Memory Clock? i dont rly trust YT videos there ^^

Core clock is the speed you gpu runs at, that thing that calculates everything and makes things happen.

Memory is the speed the memory of your graphics card runs at, the black squares around your gpu that take care of things getting to and from the gpu very fast.

Higher core clock means stuff happens faster and more frames can be calculated.

Higher memory clock means stuff gets faster to and from the gpu so the gpu can start working on it faster.

Probably not exacly right, but it should give you an idea what does what.

Hang on, you can't just put some things higher and expect them to work.

If you tell stuff to run faster than the manufacturer there is NO guarantee it will be fine.

You should probably look at this one.

so aperently now i reached 104 % on mine .. HALP D:

You also activated the wrong thing m8, it's probably power useage thing you enabled.

Just look at the pic in your first post

In the benchmark it says 91% while msi afterburner says 99% gpu load. So whatever it says in the benchmark, it isn't gpu load.
