Computer only boots after reseating RAM.

So for the past couple my days when I have switched on my PC, the fans spin up and lights turn on but it doesn't boot. However if I take out the RAM, replace it and turn it on again, it works fine until the next time I turn it off. Any idea what may be causing this?

Could be a bad RAM.
