The NF-A14 PWM are still in stock ~21 left. I have one and use the low noise adapter it is not quiet, but its a lot quieter with the adapter on if noise is a concern.

Running the fan at full speed with the low noise adapter isn't quiet. Just control the fan speed with pwm without the adapter.
