What Projector Should I Get?

I have an open basement I want to turn into a cheap theater... a projector, surround sound speakers, and somewhere to sit.

 

I need help on a budget projector.  If anyone could tell me the best projector to get for around $150 or less it would help alot.

 

I'm going to be using it for movies and maybe play a little Xbox on it with the Xbox app.

You won't get anything very good for 150
