Best laptop under 1000$

Hi everyone. I am 19 years old and I do Internet Marketing. I still don't go to college for almost a year,and I work in my house.

I have amazing computer,will be keeping it for next 4 years at least. That being said,I am tired of sitting all time,I would like to have laptop so I can work on it sometimes when I feel like it.

 

I don't really have budget,but I don't want to pay to much money because I do have my computer to work on so this is only in case I travel somewhere,but mostly because I don't want to be in my room all the time.

 

Things that laptop need to have:

SDD - I don't need to much memory,256gb would be more then enough

Good CPU - Nothing special but for the price I do expect good Intel CPU

Good Screen - I will be looking on screen after all

 

Things that I don't need are GPU (I won't play games),cd player,good speakers,touch screen etc

 

So this is laptop ONLY for work (reading,writing,watching videos) mostly things that are not that much CPU intensive but still I want SSD and good CPU.

 

 

Kindly help me choose!

This will go up in price as you go down, and the first I own, second my sister owns and i've used lots, third is just bloody wonderful, but you'll have to wait for it.(I have the blade and it's wonderful but the 1st is 100% recommend by me)

@OP: Razer Blade Stealth is a pretty good choice, but if 12.5 is kinda small for you. maybe the Asus Zenbook UX305LA with 13.3 inch will do

He wants a good screen and SSD. GL552 has both M.2 and a quality IPS display.

As for the Blade Stealth, not worth it, Highly unlikely to have even average speakers and the screen isn't anything special from the looks of it.

What about Dell XPS 13? Anything similar?

I actually don't want laptop with dedicated GPU,because it will most likely cost more,or other things won't be as good. Price they pay for gpu,could go in CPU,SSD,Screen etc.

This is case most of the times,that is reason I am looking only for laptop that is only for working etc.

GL552's battery is meh - 2-3 hours

XPS 13 is where the real battery power's at

Look for a ThinkPad if you want a work laptop
