Help with keyboards

So I have a Razer Anansi, and my puppy decided he wanted to chew on the cord >.>

 

Anyway I want to replace the keyboard with a mechanical keyboard but I don't know what keyboard to get.

 

I like the 5 macro buttons on the left side, so I was hoping to find one like that.

 

I want either red or brown switches, and was trying to get away from Razer because that's all I've used.

 

Any help would be awesome :)

Agreed.

 

The Logitech G710+ is a highly regarded keyboard. Solid build quality, MX Brown switches, decent number of macro buttons. :)

CM storm trigger and logitech G710+ would be your best options.

Agreed, the Storm Trigger has 5 macro keys on the left, is backlit, comes in various switch types.....the G710+ is great, but limited to Brown switch only.

Where would be the best place to get the CM storm trigger? I could only find it on amazon

It'd be hard to recommend any online links w/o know where you are from. Can you source from the US? Or, Europe?

I  second this. I have a CMStorm Trigger, and its a great keyboard, but the software is very confusing to use. It would also come down to if you like O-rings under your keycaps or not as the G710+ has them.
