Should I transfer my OS to a new SSD or fresh install?

So I bought myself a new SSD and I am stuck with the issue if I should just transfer my OS from my old hard drive to the new SSD (I have the space for it) or should I go with the fresh install? is there really any pros and cons to all this?

Any help will be great  :)

Fresh install.

Clonng keeps everything, but a fresh install can get rid of all the cruft. All those unneeded cache files, old install files and temp files.

I'd recommend doing fresh install, getting all your drivers and Windows updates installed, and make an image. Makes the next re-install much faster.
