No BIOS? HELP

Do you still get the splash screen?

Just a no input display on my monitor

Unplug the system, making sure the system is fully discharged(with the power supply on), hold down the power button for three seconds, and remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes. The BIOS settings should reset.
