Nothing will save settings or write files unless administrator

My problem is that when I'm playing something like Battlefield 4 I change my graphics and then press save, but when I close the game and re-open it it is all back to default unless it is in administraotr mode and I dont know why.

 

it does this with almost every application I've got. Please help me.

Sounds like you have corrupted local user. You will need to remake whole user or do some crazy registery edits.

I've seen a menu where u can decide what kind of apps use the adminstrator, but I cant find it
