Asus' AMD cards are a joke. As in the Strix 390 is the biggest 390 and still manages to be the worst one.

Sapphire for cooling, MSI for overclocking.

Check out my guide on how to scan cover art here!

MSI looks better. The MSI is a 2.5 slot card while the sapphire might have issues fitting into most mid tower cases (unless you take out the drive cages)

Yes, it would be cool though. Bet if EVGA made a AMD card Sapphire would bring back the Vapor X. I'd pay to see that.

I doubt anyone would buy it though. What would be the advantage? Vapor x 290 let it clock higher than other 290s. Nitro, TF5 and DD 390s can all do that, and Hawaii/Grenada cant seem to get past 1200 MHz, even under water. I really cant think of what would be the selling point of a vapor x 390 (x).

Bling and VRM temps

Lol, i love blue, but that is not enough. For VRM temps, they just need to revise the current Nitro cooler.

True, but I wish the Nitro came with the color changing LEDs that indicated core temp and the GPU load leds in the backplate. Both extremely useful for monitoring at a glace.

WAIT!!! Toxic, 390 Toxic. That tickled just thinking about.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Funny. That's what I was specifying in another post. The 390x isn't built to overclock at all which is very sad. You either hit the silicon lottery and hit 1200 with <100mv. Or you're like me and can't even get past 1160 with max voltage.
