The person is saying that maxing out normmaly means with AA to the max and all that. To get a card that can do that on crysis 3 would have to be very high end.

I know that feel, if you still want to stick to your budget then 390X, it runs all games maxed (excluding the maxed anti-aliasing dont worry you wont notice the difference) at 1080p at 60fps

Still 390X. Theres no need at all to go overkill on 1080p 60fps

define s, asus z170 deluxe motherboard, Core i5 6600k, Trident z DDR4 16Gb memory, msi GeForce gtx 970, AND Four Samsung 250Gb ssd's. no sound card because I will be usind a dac and amp.

Also, an SLI or crossfire configuration gives different performance gains for different games so I won't recommend that on 1080p
