AMD Radeon Settings wont open, what can it be?

So title mostly say everything.

 

Dont comment that i should just use msi afterburner, i want this working.

-reboot

-reinstall

-safemode

 

If that doesn't work, go straight into the AMD folder and open up the .exe as admin. It could just be a BS windows error.

hold down the l-shift

click reboot.

keep holding it.

Nice windows GUI pops up, navigate it to get to safemode.

1) Upgrade to 10 ffs, windows 7 is outdated

2)Hold f8 as you boot up, this should pop you into a similar GUI might be mouse support, but i doubt it.

I just realized that i had to update my win7 to win7 sp1 instead. stuffs working now

And for me, the win7 is what works for me, so it will stay with me for long time to come

I'm just nit picking on the people are the paranoid to get windows 10 and crimson because of they read online, AMD have proven crimson does not kill their cards and there has no incident of people using windows 10 getting arrested for certain things that I won't list here.

Well, i know where you want this to go, im not doing that kind of stuff. Ive been using win7 for an age, that was the operating system on my very first computer and i really wont change.
