My RAM ran at 8-8-8-24 with XMP on when I first built this PC back in December. A couple days ago I finally got around to overclocking my 6600K (Though CPU multi, didn't touch BCLK). The system is stable and working well but I noticed in CPU-Z it says my timings are 8-8-8-28.

I went into the BIOS to try manually setting the timers and found that they were set to the correct values already, but CPU-Z reads otherwise.

Any idea what is going on here? Also why does it say I have PC3-10700 (667 MHz) RAM, don't I have 800 MHz? Or do I have a 667 MHz that was just sold overclocked to 800 MHz?

667 (DDR) is default 1333 settings. using XMP will boost to 800 (1600MHz).

as for the tRAS error, that'd be a crucial thing (the change from 24 to 28 could

be an issue if moving the overall speed, but should not be a dealbreaker).
