Steam Refund

Hello so recently I purchased the GTA collection in steam during the Winter sale and I had 5$ on my steam wallet. I then refunded it and it was approved, I set for the debit card money to be sent to my account. Then it said I had to wait 7 days which was no biggie. I waited, it's now been 12 days and my money hasn't been transferred back into my steam wallet or debit card. The 1st 5 did, but the 2nd one hasn't at all. I also have Wells Fargo. Any idea when or why it takes long for me to get my money back.

I have noticed in the past on cc statements that the refund never shows u, but then upon closer inspection I notice that it never charged be to begin with, so I think sometimes when you buy a game they don't charge you right away, and if you refund it shortly thereafter, they just never do, rather than charging and then refunding.

I bought three games during winter sale and asked refund for two and received the money the next day.
I am using paypal

Contact steam support with details.

Inb4 they don't contract back for 3 months.

It used to be like 4-7 days, now it's quicker.

I assume they made it in a day during the winter sale so that people could buy games again?

took me 1 day to get the refund, another day for the refund to confirm and add back to my wallet
