O my god, only problem I have with hd 7990 card.In many games, like in Witcher 3 just one gpu working, another sleeping don t work.I installed msi afterburner osd,I launched Witcher 3 and only 1 gpu working.I double checked in panel control and AMD crossfire is enabled.Only and only problem with this dual card hd 7990,or with drivers.I installed previous driver and the same result, one gpu working, another sleeping. In device manager,gpu-z,aida64 tell me everything is fine,i mean both gpu is working perfectly, but when I launched some games just one gpu working.I mentioned I have latest AMD crimson driver 15.12,fresh installed win 8.1 pro.Everything is normal

Wtf is this weird, can someone tell me?I do not understand I swear

Should be using FULLSCREEN mode as using "borderless" or "windowed" mode will prevent you utilizing more than 1 GPU (on some titles)

Other than that... If your using Fullscreen, I dunno.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I tried in fulscreen too, same result trust me.I make ss with borderless because printscreen wont work in fullscreen that's why.

I've seen a 690 do it, one GPU was flat out dead and locked to 327Mhz on the core (or inactive when disabled) and would not budge no matter what was done (2nd gpu is borked)

Yet could still use it as a single fine once you disabled SLI.

Tried Disabling ULPS?
http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1904869/disable-ulps-amd-crossfire-setups.html
MSI Afterburner can do it as well, in the settings, first tab, down the bottom, a tickbox.

realy really is realy weird this radeon hd 7990 card.I mean I disable ULPS in registry,i launched witcher 3 and only one gpu still running with a good framerate 60-75.But why show only 1 gpu?And with 60 fps+ that game is still running weird.have lagg

I don t know why AMd implement this zero core power ulps technology on this card.I mean is weird because who buy this card want performance,no to save energy to pay less on bill. This card with this ulps is like a Ferrari with no gas....I want performance no to save energy OMG...And I'm not only upset, there are many people like me.

this card is really annoying,i never seen such a card like this.I have hd 5970.hd 6990 in the past and they worked perfect with any program, and games. This card hd 7990 is annoying
