They are all totally different games. Fallout 4 will be the game that you can sink the most time into, with a deep story and crazy immersion (haven't got around to it yet but if its anything like the rest of bethesda's games then this is true), while just cause 3 is a total blast with awesome physics based action and a totally irrelevant plot. I have not played any whitcher titles but they do seem quite fun.

When in doubt, re-format.

I also hear that just cause the doesnt even play well on extreme high end pcs. Stuttering and crashing and such, unless they have fixed all that.

I personally love fallout 4. have about 300 hours in fallout 3 and probably about 150 or more in skyrim and about 100 in new vegas. fallout 4 is in the 50s and the modding community will be massive when the tools get released in the next couple months. skyrim modders are already moving over to fallout 4 though

Just Cause 3 or The Witcher 3. Fallout 4... I really am not feeling it. I feel that New Vegas is far superior to 4.

I own JC3 on the Xbox One. Pretty damn fun.

Check out my guide on how to scan cover art here!

Well it depends. Once you play 1 fallout you've sorta played them all and which ever you played first is usually the best. personally i liked 3 more. though 4 did change quite a bit of stuff like vats and how it feels more of a fps

Witcher 3.

+Nice Graphics, good Storytelling, huge World.

-useless Skilltree, too easy combat, no matter if you are lvl 3 or lvl 30. Fighting feels the same.

Just Cause 3.

+Nice Destruction, many Vehicles, huge World

-repetitive Missions, boring Mainstory, Graphics not very impressive

Fallout4

+Content Overkill, nice Graphics, Settlements, Craftingsystem, top first person shooter mechanics, countless Locations to explore

-Shadow and godrays unoptimized, Settlement Options seems unfinished and rushed.

My Fav of those is Fallout 4. If you love exploring a huge World in a RPG / Shooter Mix with big Skilltree and tons of Weapons, funny Sidequests and alot of Gore, FO4 is your Game.

Witcher 3 is a mustplay too though. You should play both. JC3 is no match for both.

snip

I haven't tried JC3 since launch week, but sunk MANY hours into JC2. 3 had no SLI support at all at launch and I'm not sure if it does yet. It runs well enough on a 980ti but my SLI 670's are no match for it. I have too many games atm to bother and will just play it in a few months.

I sung hundreds of hours into (mostly vanilla) skyrim, and am currently playing a heavily graphics modded FO3. Lots of fun. I will definitely wait for FO4 to be at least a year old and the modders have had time to address all of the Bethesda-ness.

When in doubt, re-format.

Hello! I have some money on steam and I don't know which game to buy, either Just Cause 3, The Witcher 3, or Fallout 4.  Can someone give me a small summary and plot of these games so it can help me choose? I would also like an opinion.  Thanks!

In terms of bang for your buck, Fallout 4 will provide a TON of playing time. I've sunk 48hrs into it and have barely scratched the surface of what it has to offer. I can't vouch for the two other games tho

okay. I'll just say that I don't think fallout 4 deserves a 9/10 in any review. It is a bethesda game, and like any other bethesda game, there's things they do well, and things they do not so well. It's a fantastic open world that you will sink countless hours into, get lost in, and have your boss ask you whether you're coming in to work today...... This game plays far more like fallout 3, than fallout new vegas, and that's fine, it's what bethesda does well, and I like the enhancements. What they don't do well however is multi branching storyline, fun, diverse quests, characters you want to talk to for no other reason than they're fun to talk to.... for my money it's a solid 7.5, and a possible 8/10 it's good, it's even very good at times, but it lacks that spark to make it brilliant.

Witcher 3 is almost exactly the opposite. It's an environment where decisions matter, while I don't feel the open world or the combat system is as polished as fallout, the quest system is where this game excels. the world feels lived in, and you decisions are important. NPC's are people you want to talk to, and you want to learn about their lives, as they're actually interesting, you find out their likes, dislikes, and sometimes it's even a case of TMI.....Princess....I still laugh.

I can't give an  opinion on JC3, JC2 refused to run without crashing every few minutes on a 5960x with 16GB of ram, and a 980. Hearing ab out the problems with jc3 I refuse to pay money for the same shit all over again.

Something not mentioned is metal gear, despite the shit that konami is trying to pull with kojima, I think it's a worthy final chapter to one of the most well respected game franchises of all time.....Just turn off the online shit.
