295x2 problems

I tried heaven at 1440p maxed out and again only one core ran. Basically just the performance of a standard 290x. I also reinstalled drivers.

It's okay it only reaches 80C max though. For some reason the memory stays at my OC'd speed of 1325MHz 24/7. But it does stay at 80C under load, while being about 200dB loud.

Try playing a game that plays nice with Crossfire. Like Battlefield 4, Grid 2, or even GTA 5.

Try disable ULPS, you can use 3 party tools like MSI Afterburner/RadeonMods to do that or edit registry manually.

If that didn't work, try summon Prysin.

msi afterburner disables that by default so that shouldn't have been an issue

So the problem has been solved. I placed the card in the one lower pci slot, redid drivers and re-enabled then disabled ULPS. One of those things worked so we are all good. Thanks all for the help.
