ASUS z170 PRO

Hi Guys, I'm new to PC building and I just purchased a 170 Pro, I also have a Corsair case with 3 140mm fans and I purchased the Corsair Hydro G110 water cooler. I was just wondering if my board has enough areas to plug that many fans in thats 5 fans. Thanks

Looks like that board has 5 or 6 fan headers. That being said, check if the fans that came with the case are 3/4 pin, or if they are MOLEX/sata powered. Or maybe even a fan hub was installed.

 

At the end of the day, you can always get fan cable splitters that will allow you to power multiple fans off one plug.

When in doubt, re-format.
