Whats the best settings to use in OBS? Ive had it for a while but i can imagine theres always a better config for me to use..

Depends on everything.

 

Streaming or recording? What kind of specs does your PC have? If streaming: what is your internet speeds?

If you are saving to disk, it also depends on how much storage space you have and how often you plan on recording.  High bit rates will clean you out of storage if you aren't managing it.

I have 4TB of HDD space, and another like 750GB of SSD space, so storage isnt an issue
