Its not that they won't go in, its just the screws aren't big enough.

Are you sure? Every fan comes with screws. Some have also rubber mounts, but pic I googled about box contents shows correct fan screws. You are supposed to put screw first through case and then to fan. If you are screwing it to rad, you need to use screws that come with rad.

Well, in that case you'll have to buy them separately. Personally I'm drowning in the bloody things, but I don't suppose that's much help...

 

To be fair though, I do recall that my AF140 (and for unrelated reasons I regret to this day having bought the thing) did in fact come with four fan screws, so I would assume yours were supposed to as well.
