Can anyone help me pick out a case and power supply. This is due to a possible pc overhaul including mobo, ram and psu ,case. My budget for psu is £60-65 and case is 40-45 ideally 40. Power supply needs to be semi-fully modular and 650w+

What are the specs of the rig you're powering?

I'd suggest anything in yellow in my signature, but you likely don't need more than about 350W to power your computer so don't fret wattage too much. 650W is enough for 3 980s in SLI so you're probably going to fine on EVGA's 550W GS/G2 models.
