Do i have enough watt?

Go to solution Solved by Coaxialgamer,

i checked, the psu got the cables i need. (No molex :D )

then you should be fine.

Under load at stock you shoulkd use ( and this is  generous estimate) 530W , you have about 200W of OC headroom

The wattage is just enough (if u're not crazy about overclocking), but I would get a psu with gold or even platinum standard, because of higher sli power consumption.

its just that my budget is just enough for the 970 atm. i will get the EVGA 850 watt G2 Gold PSU once i can afford it.

so you think im okay for a little time with this setup? i dont overclock at all.

- Thanks

Yes, that's ok then.

As it was mentioned by other guys here, make sure u have extra power cables for another gpu, before buying it.

wattage should be enough, but it also depends on if your psu has the cables to power the second gpu (and PLEASE don't use molex adapters )

AMD Ryzen R7 1700 (3.8ghz) w/ NH-D14, EVGA RTX 2080 XC (stock), 4*4GB DDR4 3000MT/s RAM, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming-3 MB, CX750M PSU, 1.5TB SDD + 7TB HDD, Phanteks enthoo pro case

You could legitimately run four 970s un-overclocked on that PSU so you're fine.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
