If this is a gaming build. Downgrade to a i5 6600k and get a 980(ti)

For gaming why I shouldn't get an i7?

Because games don't need it. An i5 is fine.

I know all the cool kids are using i7s for their strictly gaming builds, but it really is unnecessary. :P

yeah its a waste

 

Unless you get one for about the same price as an i5.

 

I5 are better for price to performance in gaming terms

Also correct, and if your not overcloxking the 1232 v3 (I think... Don't hurt me)
