Vex Robotics or FIRST

Anyone else here do any Vex or First competitions? I am currently doing Vex on a full rookie team. We just won a Design award at the Washington State comp.

I do Vex Robotics for my HS Engineering class but my classmates are not that well at the programming portion, my teacher says I am the best in the class for the programming but I have not done much programming for the Robotics so I have forgotten some syntax's.

I have to learn a bit more of the RobotC language. We are thinking of adding Gyros and Accelerometers on our robot for autonomous. Wow, good job Enderman we are yet to come as close as third to winning a competition.
